Shipping policy.

In-stock hardware is processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of your order being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You'll receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our facility.

Once dispatched, delivery within India takes 3–5 business days depending on your zone. Remote and north-eastern PIN codes can take longer.

We currently ship within India only. For international freight, contact us directly and we'll quote custom shipping.

Two options are offered at checkout:

• —Surface freight — ₹100
• —Air priority — ₹200

Rates are flat per order, regardless of the number of items.

Items marked 'pre-order' are in transit from our suppliers or pending fabrication. The expected dispatch date shown on the product page is an estimate based on supply-chain timing — it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Pre-order and in-stock items ship separately and cannot be combined in a single order. If you want both, place them as two orders.

If a pre-order is delayed significantly beyond its stated estimate, we'll contact you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, re-shipping is charged again at the original rate.
