We collect only what's needed to take an order and support it:

• —Your name, email address and phone number
• —Your delivery address
• —Your order and payment history with us
• —Basic account details if you register

We do not see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials at any point.

We use a small number of third-party services to run the store. Each only receives what it needs:

• —Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our systems.
• —Supabase — hosts our product catalogue, accounts and order records.
• —Resend — delivers transactional email such as order confirmations and replies to enquiries.

To process and deliver your orders, to respond when you contact us, and to meet accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. If you sign in, a session token is stored so you stay signed in.

We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Order records are retained as long as required for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email radynamicsind@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll action it.

Note that we may need to retain order and invoice records even after account deletion, where the law requires it.
